The Touch-Tone Teller
The Ohio Educational Credit Union provides its members with access to their OHecu accounts via an automated voice response system that is available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays, to fit our members’ busy schedules.
The telephone number is 216-696-6600 or 800-433-TONI (8664). To use this service the member must first receive a PIN (personal identification number). To receive your PIN, complete the enclosed application or contact a membership service representative at any OHecu office.
This service is provided at no cost to the member, and includes a national toll-free number, thus allowing a member to access his/her account, anywhere he/she travels in the United States, at no charge. Use this convenient service in conjunction with an OHecu VISA Check Card or OHecu ATM Card and receive the added benefit of using your financial resources wherever you travel.

||Cross-Member Transfer Capability
“Toni” also permits you to transfer money between multiple membership accounts for which you are either the owner or joint owner. This is a great way for a parent to transfer funds to a student who is away at school. A simple phone call, anytime of day, to “Toni” lets the parent provide his/her child with money for school—and the student can access the funds in his/her account via an OHecu Checking Account, OHecu ATM Card and/or OHecu VISA Check Card. If so desired, the parent could also have the ability to review the transaction history of the child. This special cross-member transfer and review capability requires a written authorization to be completed prior to full access being provided. To receive the required authorization form, contact a membership service representative at any OHecu office.
Safeguard Your Access Code
The member is responsible for safekeeping the “Toni” access code provided to him/her by OHecu and for all transactions executed by use of “Toni.” The member may change his/her access code through “Toni” at any time. OHecu will not disclose the access code to any individual who forgets his/her access code. For the member who forgets his/her access code a new access code must be requested and issued by OHecu through a written request. The application form included in this brochure can be used to request a new “Toni” access code.
Verification of Transactions
The total dollar amounts of transactions processed by ”Toni” are subject to limits set by OHecu, and sufficient verified funds must be available to satisfy transaction instructions. Transactions completed after normal business hours each day will be posted to the appropriate accounts immediately, with the effective date of OHecu’s next business day.
