Your package level is determined by the financial relationship you maintain with OHecu.

What do I need to do to enroll in a membership package?
You need only use OHecu for your financial needs.
As your financial relationship changes with OHecu,
we will update your membership package level. You do not need to sign any special forms. Your membership package level will be reviewed once a month and whenever you open a new savings or
loan account. |
 |
When do I start receiving my package benefits?
This depends upon when you meet the minimum requirements for a package.
For example:
If you have direct deposit of your payroll or retirement money, and your aggregate balance just reached the Silver Package level, you would automatically start to receive Silver Package benefits the month after OHecu completes the monthly update of all package members.
What if my spouse and I have separate memberships at OHecu?
If two members are joint owners on each other’s accounts, OHecu will combine the financial relationship of the two memberships when determining the membership package level for each member.
For example:
A husband’s membership with a $15,000 automobile loan would be added to the wife’s $5,000 Share Savings Account, if they are joint owners on each other’s memberships. Their aggregate balance relationship would then be $20,000. Both would be considered Gold Package level members.
What if I qualify for the Student and one
of the Bronze, Silver or Gold Packages?
You receive the benefits of both packages. Your account would indicate that you qualify for, and would therefore receive, the benefits of both packages.
* The aggregate balance relationship is the total of all your primary membership deposits and loans with OHecu, using the average daily balance for each account for the month. Certain relationships may require payroll deduction/direct deposit to meet package qualifications. |
